We reserve the right to approve or reject listings that are incomplete or unsuitable for our platform.
5. Updates & Changes
You agree to inform us if there are any changes to your property details, availability, pricing, or ownership.
6. Photos & Content Usage
By submitting photos or descriptions, you allow us to use them on our website and related marketing materials for the purpose of promoting your listing.
7. Booking & Payments
After your listing is approved:
Bookings will follow our platform’s standard process.
Commission rates or service fees (if applicable) will be informed separately.
Payout procedures will be explained during onboarding.
8. Maintenance & Safety
You are responsible for ensuring the property remains safe, clean, and suitable for guests.
9. Removal of Listing
We reserve the right to temporarily hide or permanently remove a listing if:
The information is inaccurate
Guests submit repeated safety or quality concerns
The property no longer meets platform standards
You may also request removal at any time.
